Day 4 - Amboseli
After breakfast at the hotel, return to the airport for your flight to Amboseli at 8:45am, arriving at 10:10 am. Your home for the next two nights will be at the Tortilis Camp, which lies on the edge of the Amboseli National Park.

The rest of your day will focus on your exploration of Amboseli National Park, located at the foot of Africa's highest mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro. The snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro rises above a saucer of clouds and dominates every aspect of Amboseli. This is also the park that has been made famous by Cynthia Moss, the noted American naturalist and author who has one of the longest-running studies on elephants.  You might even see some of the elephants that Cynthia has immortalized in her many books and award-winning film Echo of the Elephants.

Days 5/6 - Ngorongoro Crater
After an early morning game drive, depart on your 10:15 am flight to Nairobi, arriving at 11:15 am. Connect to your 12:30 pm flight to Arusha, Tanzania, arriving at 2:45 pm. Continue your journey to Ngorongoro Crater, a World Heritage site, an extinct volcano and the largest unbroken caldera in the world. The next two days are devoted to an amazing journey as you board your landrover and get set for descend onto the floor of the crater.  As you descend, you might be able to see the local Maasai as they take their cattle down the steep walls of the crater. It is their right, negotiated with the government and parks authority, to graze their cattle in about 75% of the crater floor.
Guests are invited to visit a Maasai cultural village, situated in Ngorongoro Conservation Area.  In the village, guests are free to walk around, browse through the local handcrafts or watch Maasai dancing.  You can visit beautiful lakes Ndutu and Eyasi, and the impressive Empakaai Crater.  The Ngorongoro Lodge leaves its guests inspired by the magnificence of the verdant crater that pours through the window of every room.
