How can I receive your catalog?

You can sign up to receive a copy of our printed catalog by filling out our Catalog Request Form. Once you have successfully filled out the form, you will automatically be signed up to receive our catalog at its next mailing. (Please note that it may be 10-12 weeks before our next mailing and you receive your first catalog.)


How do I find my perfect fit?

To view our size chart for men or women, click on the "size chart" link (next to the size selector dropdown menu) on any product page. If you have additional questions regarding the fit of specific items, feel free to email assistance@fmallen.com or call us toll free at 1-888-FMA-1947 (362-1947).


What is your return policy?

We are committed to bringing you the highest quality product available. However,  if a product does not meet your expectations for any reason, please return it in its original packaging with receipt for an exchange or refund. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges (pending availability) of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of purchase. (Original shipping charges are not refundable except in the event we have made a shipping error.)

Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned.

Items returned past the timeframes outlined above may be returned in exchange for an F.M. ALLEN Gift Card only. The amount of the Gift Card will be the current selling price of the items returned.


How do I check the status of my order?

Upon completing the on-line checkout process for your order, you will then receive an email from our Customer Assistance Team confirming the details of your order (items ordered, sizes, colors, quantities, and billing and shipping address). Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email that contains a FedEx tracking number to track your shipment's delivery. If you create an account at the time of your ore, you may check the status of your order by clicking on My Account in the upper right-hand corner of the site.


Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Please call us toll-free at 1-888-FMA-1947 (362-1947) as soon as you become aware of any necessary changes, or should you decide to cancel your order. Our Customer Assistance Team will work with you swiftly and efficiently to make any changes.


Can my order be gift wrapped?

Yes, we will gladly ship your item in our exceptional gift boxes, finished and sealed with hand-tied ribbon, with a hand written message to make any gift truly special. (To include a card with your gift packaging, please email your message and your Order Number to assistance@fmallen.com.) There is an $8 charge for gift packaging.


Can I purchase a Gift Card?

Yes! You may purchase Gift Cards in a variety of denominations by visiting our Gift Card page.

Gift cards are shipped separately, even when you purchase other merchandise as part of the same order. When your order includes only gift cards, they will ship free of charge when you select standard shipping. However, if you select 2-day or overnight shipping we will charge a $10 fee. If you purchase an F.M. ALLEN Gift Card along with other merchandise, our regular shipping rates apply for the shipping service level you select.


How do I exchange a gift that I have received?

If you would like to return merchandise you received as a gift that was purchased on FMAllen.com, you may exchange the merchandise for an F.M. ALLEN Gift Card or you can choose to refund the original form of payment submitted by the person who placed the gift order. Please indicate your choice in the space provided on the receipt enclosed with your merchandise and follow in the accompanying return instructions. If you do not have the packing slip, please contact our Customer Assistance team by email at assistance@fmallen.com or by phone at 1-888-FMA-1947 (362-1947) for further assistance.


Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you may check-out without creating an account, just click the "Continue Checkout" button to continue as a guest. Accounts are helpful for those who wish to store billing information.


Do you take telephone orders?

Please call us toll-free at 1-888-FMA-1947 (362-1947) to place an order by phone. Our telephone Customer Assistance team is available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm CST, and 9 am to 5 pm CST on Saturday.


What methods of payment do you accept?

For orders placed through our website, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.


Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Only residents of Tennessee are required to pay sales tax on purchases made through FMAllen.com.


Can my order be shipped internationally?

Yes, in most instances we will happily ship internationally. Please call our Customer Assistance Team at 1-888-FMA-1947 (362-1947) to secure arrangements for your package to be shipped internationally to you.


Do you offer sales or special promotions?

We generally have two sale events a year; one at the end of the summer (July/August) and one in February, with select, seasonal items will go on sale at these times. Our F.M. ALLEN classics that are offered year-round do not ever go on sale. We do not offer any additional sales, promotional discounts, or coupon codes outside of our twice-annual sale events.

How long will it take for my order to ship once it has been placed?

All orders of in stock merchandise placed by 2 p.m. CST will, typically, ship out that same day. All orders of in stock merchandise placed after 2 p.m. CST will, typically, ship out the next business day. Our Customer Assistance Team will notify you via phone and email if there are any delays in regards to your shipment.


How long will it take to receive my completed order?

You will be able to select which type of delivery service you prefer for your order: Standard FedEx Ground (2-7 business days, 3-5 days average), 2-Day (orders are received within two business days from shipment), Overnight (orders are received the next business day from shipment) and Saturday Delivery (orders are received next day on Saturday). All items are shipped via Federal Express, and you will receive your FedEx tracking number in your order confirmation email you will receive after you complete the on-line check-out process.
